Cancellation Policy
As of January 1st, 2020, in order to secure an appointment a credit card number must be on file. Please call the salon to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. In the event of a no show, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. We understand that emergencies unfortunately happen, so please reach out to us as soon as possible.
