Q. HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
A. There are 4 ways to make an appointment at Salon 454. You can call the salon and speak to our Salon Coordinator (571)-918-0535, email our Salon at info@salon454.com, book your appointment online through our “Contact” tab with your specific stylist, or email your stylist at their business email listed under “Our Tribe”. If you choose to use our online scheduling system or email, you should receive a confirmation and/or response from us within 24 hours. As of January 1st, 2020, in order to secure an appointment a credit card must be on file.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SERVICES I NEED?
A. You are welcome to email one of our stylists or fill out our website contact form with any questions you may have pertaining to what you would like done with your hair and your hair goals. You can also attach hair inspiration photos that our stylists can use to decide what services are needed.
Q. WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE AT HOME?
A. We have hand-picked a variety of brand lines that we carry in our store because we believe in their mission and the wonders they are able to work for your hair. We take pride in giving our clients knowledge on the products we sell before they leave the salon. We want you to continue to love your hair as much as the day you left the salon!

Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
